- managing company finances including accounting, budgeting, and reporting
- implementing efficient financial systems and processes
- ensuring proactive cash management and financial health
- establishing internal controls for operational efficiency
- handle statutory, tax reporting, and government relations
- ensuring legal and regulatory compliance
- managing relationships with financial and legal entities
- overseeing tax compliance and remittance
- administer key administrative functions including HR and insurance
- managing HR tasks such as payroll and recruitment assistance
Elvárások:
- approx 5 years of leadership experience in international company
- fluent English and Hungarian knowledge (both languages are must-have)
- good communication and problem solving skills
- team player attitude
- willingness to occasionally travel abroad
