• Co-Ownership of Yettel’s digital touchpoints with special focus on our app domain
• Propose developments on digital touchpoints and managing their end-to-end execution by leading the scrum team
• Participate in design workshops, prepare supporting materials, align capability and other stakeholder needs and be responsible for detailed planning till the start of execution
• Continuous monitoring and improvement of online processes to provide the best available Yettel services to our customers
• Prepare, develop and maintain a solid process and product backlog. Prioritize and finetune that based on internal partner and customer feedback
• Defining business and technical requirements to support several development specifications
• Working as part of agile squads, helping the Group Manager by representing digital business aspects on stakeholder meetings and channeling the agreed relevant development needs towards development 
• Coordinate technical experts, business analysts and lead the process by managing execution  
• Proposing new capability developments and modification of customer journeys on digital touchpoints 
• Work collaboratively with international teams, internal stakeholders: IT, Marketing Communication, B2B/B2C Segment, Business Analysts  
• Align with company strategy, present quarterly plans and results to key stakeholders and commercial management team
• Develop user stories and define acceptance criteria for process designers or developers
• Incorporate feature requests into product roadmap
• Groom and prioritize backlog, set sprint goals and write acceptance tests
• Analyze preferences and requests of end users
• Build an understanding of market, product usage and user behavior; 
• Follow online market trends and identify best practices and complex socio-cultural environment as an input of digital services design
• Refine our agile methodology based on results and client feedback
• Keep track of industry trends

• College/university degree
• Advanced English language skills (oral & written)
• 3+ years relevant professional experience
• Advanced expertise in Front-end system development
• Practice in Agile way of work and Project Management
• Market-and customer-oriented way of thinking and attitude
• Team spirit and good communication abilities
• Good organizational skills
