Responsibilities

Oversee and administer the entire contracting process lifecycle from initiation to closure
Monitor and manage contract amendments
Review and understand legal documents, identify and assess potential risks, and consult with external lawyers when necessary
Collaborate with project managers and business unit leaders to ensure the prompt and efficient finalization of contracts
Handle signing, and manage digital and physical copies
Create and maintain internal records of active, ongoing, and closed agreements.
Provide reports based on internal records as requested
Organize relevant meetings and discussions, and book meeting rooms
Participate in meetings, write and distribute memos

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
Native Hungarian language proficiency
Experienced with MS Office suite and Google Workspace
Proficient in drafting, reviewing, and managing agreements and overseeing the contractual process
Ability to work one day per week in the office. We are flexible regarding the specific day
Ability to commit to a minimum of 30 hours per week. While full-time employment is preferred, we are open to considering part-time arrangements

Legal Assistant qualification or experience
Office Manager / Administrative Manager / Executive Assistant experience
