As an Administrative Business Partner, you will:

  • Provide administrative support for the managing director and his team,
  • Organise and support meetings with the stakeholders,
  • Manage calendars, with high attention to detail, and time effectiveness,
  • Arrange domestic and international travel for the managers,
  • Participate in the arrangement of various team and client events,
  • Manage demanding agenda with senior stakeholders,
  • Provide support with ad-hoc tasks and numerous projects.


  • Fluency in English,
  • Have at least 2–3 years’ of relevant experience in the administration or assistance field,
  • Previous experience with supporting Managers, Directors or Senior Management,
  • Outstanding precision, organisational, and communication skills,
  • Proactive, flexible work attitude,
  • Excellent skills in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
