Main responsibilities:
- Leading the accounting team
- Managing the client portfolio
- Ensuring the precise, professional work of the team - according to international standards
- Reviewing financial statements
- Ensuring smooth audit process
- Initiating and implementing process improvement projects; introducing action plans in order to maximize efficiency
- Preparing management reports - close cooperation with the directors
- End-to-end people management - training and motivating the teams
Required skills:
- Degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in accounting
- People management experience
- IFRS knowledge
- Fluent English
- Strategical thinking and strong negotiating skills
