Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of equivalent experience. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preffered.
  • Recruitment Expertise: Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment delivery, ideally in a multi-client setting.
  • Technikal Skills: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or HRIS.
  • Skills Reguired:
  • Exeptional verbal and written communication.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Critical thinking and data-driven decision-making.
  • Expertise in recruitment processes and market trends.
