Responsibilities

  • Perform system configuration, upgrades, and maintenance to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the supported platforms.
  • Collaborate with key internal partners (HR/Payroll/Operations) and external vendors.
  • Provide support to managers on how to complete their duties in line with the T&A or HR policy.
  • Provide employee and manager support for all queries.
  • Partner with key stakeholders on system integrations, projects and incident management.
  • Create functional and technical design documents, test plans and test cases, user training documents and implementation documentation as necessary.
  • Perform troubleshooting activities related to the maintenance of the system and integration components.
  • Responsible for developing ad-hoc queries and standard reports as needed.
  • Responsible to deliver pre-scheduled (pre-defined) reports and analyses.
  • Perform monthly data reconciliation.
  • Complete monthly pay export process and deliver to the payroll team in line with cut offs.
  • Daily management of employee data transfer between Workday and supported systems to ensure system data accuracy.
  • Manage system administration related tasks to ensure the smooth operation of supported systems.

Requirements

  • Experience in workforce management is desired.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office especially Excel.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in a B2B environment.
  • Experience in project coordination would be an advantage.
  • Experience with any HRIS or similar system is considered a plus.
