Warehouse manager

• Managing warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing and shipping of goods,
• Supervising the daily tasks of warehouse staff,
• Identifying and implementing improvements in warehouse processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs,
• Coordinating with sales department regarding order fulfillments,
• Monitoring the timeliness of deliveries and shipments and addressing any related issues,
• Cooperating with the transport and forwarding department,
• Compiling regular reports on warehouse activities for management,
• Controlling stock levels and documentation
• Ensuring compliance with company procedures and standards.

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics,
• Excellent communication skills and conflict resolution abilities,
• Experience using warehouse management systems and proficiency in MS Office programs,
• Understanding of key logistics processes,
• Experience with fresh products (nice to have)
• Good command of English is a must,
• Ability to achieve set goals and performance indicators,
• Organised, team player with good communication skills,
• Ability to manage a team and work under pressure.

The position involves managing a fresh produce warehouse, particularly the banana ripening process. We are looking for a responsible and well-organized person who is ready to work in a demanding operational environment.
