Requirements

Your starting point
From the moment you join us, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company. For this role, we believe your starting point is:
  • Min. 5 years of experience in strategic planning and/or human resources and/or branding and communications and/or managing cross departmental projects.
  • General knowledge of and interest for organizational development, talent development, branding and marketing.
  • Having a BSc or MSc degree in business administration/management or human resources or marketing and communications or organizational psychology.
  • Good communicator and fluent in English.
  • Strategic thinking and vision.
  • Knowledge of using Microsoft Office Suits, web updates and social media management.
  • Willingness to travel abroad.

  • Gross monthly salary range 1,000,000 HUF – 1,600,000 HUF.
  • One time performance-based bonus per year.
  • Net. 450,000 HUF cafeteria per year.
