Responsibilities
Co-ordinate and own the Kostal Travel management services for Europe plus region.
Co-ordinate and lead all activities related to the services between contracted service providers, internal and external stakeholders.
Establish and run the service.
Builds and develops the Travel Management Services Team and the relevant processes, systems and structures.
Main tasks, roles and responsibilities:
- Ensuring that Travel 2 Expense project and process standards are considered and implemented and followed.
- Support the development of group Travel management E2E process and standard policy
- Ensure that the policy is followed by all employees
- Drive and own system selection and implementation with close collaboration with relevant peer departments and teams
- Create the governance and organisation structure proposal – TOM- for the Travel 2 Expense services and lead the implementation.
- Actively supports the transition of Travel management activities from KOSTAL Europe plus countries to Hungary and actively shape a new SSC- HQ in Budapest inclusive of distant service locations
- Support the transition as your main project, and deliver operating process which are ensuring the smoothness operation even performed from distant locations
- Identify the service level agreement and key performance indicators
- Take responsibility to hire, retain and develop team members with close collaboration our stakeholders.
- Stakeholder management in a matrix organisation, drive change and improvements
- Selecting and managing external service providers, own and drive the contractual details and maintain the service level through KPIs, and SLAs
- Providing reports to management on budgeting
- Developing methods to decrease cost and improve efficiency
Requirements
- College or university degree/business management/finance faculty is an advantage
- Solid experience at Travel and Expense management services as well as transformation, transition experience to establish and/or improve processes and services
- Support of transformation and change management initiatives
- Vendor and stakeholder management experience
- Experience in a service driven, customer-oriented environment (beneficial: SSC experience)
- Experience with process migrations is a must
- Experience in process standardization and documentation is an advantage
- Introduction of new technologies to drive digital transformation
- Experienced user of MS Office tools
- Fluent English
- German and language of other bigger KOSTAL location is an advantage
- Ability to see the big picture and manage complex tasks, analytical mindset
- Strong problem solving and solution focus skills
- Project management skills is an advantage
- People management, leading a small team (appr.team of 5-8)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, cross-cultural skills

The work can be managed remotely – with time-to-time office presence depending on the team’s agreement and the demand of the respective professional area – from any location in Hungary. In case of some company events, office attendance is expected from the colleagues. Technical conditions for working from home are fully in place.
