Trade marketing specialist

Summary:  
The Trade Marketing Specialist will be responsible for implementing the company's marketing strategy, with particular emphasis on the offline channel (POS/FR); They will be overseeing the implementation of marketing procedures and manuals by partners and managing the procurement and distribution of marketing materials for the company's operations. They will also be a marketing consultant for franchisees. Establishing relationships with clients (primarily corporate clients) to generate leads and provide marketing benefits through the distribution and sale of gift vouchers. The position mainly concerns the Hungarian market, but support for the Czech and Slovak markets is also possible. 
   
In your daily work, you will be responsible for:  
  

• Implementing consistent marketing communications for the INVIA brand in offline channel (FR) by supporting franchisee partners in marketing activities, providing projects and marketing materials; 

• Managing  POS branding processes (assistance in designing the office layout, organizing materials). 

• Seeking and maintaining business relationships with agencies, partners, and cafeteria programs related to INVIA’s gift vouchers with overseeing the processes of generation, activation, and distribution.   

• Overseeing the generation, activation, and distribution of gift vouchers (including documentation) in offline and online channels. 

• At least 2 years in marketing-related positions. Strong organizational and time management skills, vendor coordination, relationship-building, and design/layout sense (marketing communications) 

• Educational background in marketing and / or communication is an advantage but can be replaced with years of work experience in similar role. 

• A live B2B network is an advantage 

• Fluent Hungarian and at least conversational English 

• Drivers licence and driving routine 

• Full-time availability. No obstacles to occasional business trips (domestic and foreign) 

• Familiarity with Canva, JIRA and Confluence
