These are what you will do:
- Lead planning actions during the strategic planning cycle.
- Develop, implement & evolve channel strategies.
- Develop trade marketing activity concepts in accordance with brand plans and ATL communication strategy based on professional knowledge and field visit experiences.
- Develop tailored recommendations on promotional and distribution strategies to drive long-term, profitable category growth.
- Identify new and innovative way to drive beer category and influence shoppers.
- Recommend cost-effective promotional POSM solutions to improve outlet visibility.
- Hold meetings with sales team to collect new activity ideas and feedbacks and build it into suggestions.
- Prepare strategic presentations and present the plan on forums.
- Supervise Trade Marketing plan implementation and execution in-line with related channel strategies.
- Support, manage and develop Trade Marketing Specialists and Coordinator.
- Control the activity evaluation process and build the learnings into planning process.
- Develop outlet segmentation concept for the Traditional-Trade channel (On- and Off-Trade), controls outlet segmentation process.
- Develop Guidance for the in-store execution.
- Develop ITOS according to the outlet level executional expectations.
- Actively collect field proposals, market insights and new trends, besides continuously seek after new Trade Marketing opportunities based on actual trends.
- Manage the Trade Marketing budget for Traditional-Trade channel to maximise impact and return versus Brand / Trade marketing objectives.
- Keep the budget on agreed level and prepare necessary budget inputs on time.
- Responsible for developing of the existing Dreher Portal online platform based on priorities.
- Cooperate with the project team to define the exact needs from the Trade Marketing area and finalize the specifications.
- Execute a comprehensive trade marketing knowledge bank (market trends, category information, shopper behaviors).
You will need these skills for successful work:
- 5 years relevant Trade Marketing or Marketing experience in FMCG
- University or College degree in business studies
- Fluent English and Hungarian (both written and oral)
- Driving license category B
- PC knowledge: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Office
