Trade Credit Insurance Intern

• Bad Debt Monitoring: Assist in monitoring and managing bad debt customers submitted for TCI and third-party collection.
• Bad Debt Reporting: Perform provision calculations and reporting for the designated market.
• Payment Allocation: Track and allocate incoming payments from insurance companies and third-party collection agencies.
• Case Management: Follow up on active insurance cases, ensuring timely updates and resolutions.
• Reporting: Prepare and maintain ERP and other credit control reports, focusing on TCI and bad debts.
• Data Verification: Monitor and verify modified master data to ensure accuracy.
• Query Handling: Address and resolve queries related to TCI and third-party collections.

• Ongoing studies and active Hungarian student status for at least 6 more months from on-boarding on
• Be able to invest at least 25-35 working hours per week according to agreed schedule
• English (working proficiency or fluent)
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics or related field – already completed your first year at university
• Structured thinking, strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Able to deal with complex situations while maintaining the right balance of customer and business focus
• Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented environment
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications is necessary (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

• an additional European language is an advantage (For this position: Polish and/or German)
• experience with ERP systems (SAP PRE) is a plus.
