Technical sales engineer

• Project sales of complex automatic cable processing machines on international markets
• Relations and cooperation with international customers and partners
• Taking care of existing customers, establishing long-term cooperation, increasing customer satisfaction
• Sales through the international sales network of the Komax Group, establishment and maintenance of strategic cooperation
• Finding and acquiring new customers
• Negotiation and elaboration of technical specifications, calculation and development of complex offers
• Organizing sales negotiations, organizing product demonstrations and leading in an international environment
• Participation in domestic and foreign exhibitions and shows
• Cooperation with development, product and project management, international teams
• Competitor analysis, collection and organization of competitor data
• Daily use and updating of Database, Salesforce and other systems
• Preparation of reports, analysis of business opportunities

• Higher Technical Degree - Mechanical Engineer / Electrical Engineer / Mechatronic Engineer
• Complex technical vision and project sales approach
• Min. 3-4 years of experience in technical sales
• Knowledge of English preferably at an advanced level, at least at negotiation level
• Positive, open, persuasive communication, strong reasoning skills
• Proactive, dynamic personality
• International willingness to travel
• Knowledge of MS Office, ERP and CRM
• Category B driving licence

• German language knowledge
• Automotive experience
