Technical documentation specialist - engineering

Your tasks will be: 

• Technical Documentation & Compliance: End-to-end management of technical manuals, assembly instructions, and datasheets, ensuring all content is user-oriented and fully compliant with international safety regulations.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnering with Engineering, Production and Sales to validate technical data, manage product configurators and provide documentary support for quotes and customs procedures.

• Visual & Digital Innovation: Create 3D animations, technical videos and internal bulletins to streamline assembly processes, reduce errors and enhance operational understanding across global sites.

• System & Data Management: Manage product configurators and electrical documents to ensure that what the customer buys matches the final technical documentation.

• Product Sheets: Develop clear datasheets and info sheets for products, spare parts, and custom configurations.

Elvárások:

• Engineering Background: bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical or industrial or equivalent technical field experience.
• English Fluency: Native or near-native mastery of English with a proven track record of writing for international audiences.
• Hungarian Fluency. 
• Regulatory Experience: Demonstrated knowledge of directives and regulations (e.g., Machinery Directive, CE marking or ISO standards).
• Technical Logic: Proven ability to restructure complex information into logical, user-friendly documentation without supervision.
• Autonomy: Experience in learning equipment functionality hands-on rather than relying solely on secondary source material.
• Expert use of Adobe package.
