Technical Account Manager

Feladatok:

  • Managing key account clients E2E activities after sales, providing key service activities, including on-boarding, migration projects, training, updates and upgrades, issues tackling follow up, etc.

  • Complete the required actions of the key accounts, including but not limited to customer service report, customer visit, customer resource usage analysis, and optimization suggestions

  • Provide key service go-live assurance, service migration support, and customer enablement

  • Follow project management, from initiation to execution and implementation

  • Manage the issues and requirements raised by key accounts, frontline personnel, and service managers of cloud

  • Regularly collect, identify, and review key requirements, ensure implementation

  • Cooperate with related departments

Elvárások:

  • Experience in O&M customer service of mainstream cloud vendors such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud
