Tactical purchaser

Feladatok:

• Implement the strategy of the responsible strategic purchaser (indirect/direct) in line with the corporate objectives and commodity strategy

• Continous analysis and improvement of supplier base withing the framework of the commodity strategy feedback within the framework of the materials group strategy

• Perform supplier changes, tool transfers and registration on the Jaggaer platform

• Regular price optimization by benchmarking and negotiating.

• Tracking, analysing and improving of supplier performance (Quality and Delivery time)

• Supply chain - implementing supply chain concepts to optimise logistics and supply capability

• Preparing and implementing RfX processes, evaluating proposals and concluding contracts

• Managing contract documentation and ensuring Material Compliance

• Maintenance and updating of master data in ERP systems

• Monitor and modify minimum order quantities and delivery times

• Participation in supplier audits
