System Administrator / System Engineer

• Operate and maintain IT infrastructure (physical servers, virtual machines, network devices, etc.).
• Administer Windows servers and clients, as well as Linux systems.
• Manage Microsoft 365 cloud environments.
• Provide user support both in person and remotely.
• Deploy, issue, and retrieve desktop computers, laptops, and mobile phones.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on user devices.
• Manage access rights: maintain and administer user permissions and privileges.
• Oversee data security and archiving: monitor and operate backup and archiving processes.
• Supervise access control and camera systems.
• Train and support new users on IT systems and tasks.
• Keep hardware and software inventories up-to-date and support data reporting.
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call IT support rotation.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks: manage daily and urgent IT issues as they arise.

• Relevant technical education (a degree in IT or related field is preferred, but not strictly required).
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure and network support.
• Proficiency with Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Active Directory.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 cloud administration.
• Familiarity with storage technologies (NAS, SAN) and backup solutions.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Hungarian language skills are a plus.
