Celanese, a €9B+ specialty materials innovator, is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Deployment Specialist to drive distribution excellence and cost optimization across our global network from our Budapest hub.

• Spearhead complex product distribution planning across multiple international shipping locations, ensuring optimal inventory positioning
• Lead coordination with Global Planners to strategically adjust distribution requirements based on market dynamics
• Develop solutions with warehousing and logistics teams to maximize capacity utilization and resolve critical delivery challenges
• Drive cross-functional collaboration between production planning, scheduling, inventory management, and customer service to proactively address supply chain disruptions
• Design and implement cost reduction initiatives that transform distribution network efficiency
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with evolving safety requirements and international regulations

• 3-5 years of progressive supply chain experience in scheduling or logistics coordination
• Advanced SAP proficiency, particularly in PP/PS, MM, and SD modules
• Exceptional analytical capabilities with demonstrated problem-solving expertise
• Superior communication skills in English with ability to influence stakeholders
• Strategic mindset with proven ability to optimize complex distribution networks
