Join MOL-LUB in a key Strategic Buyer role, where you will lead high-value procurement activities across direct and indirect materials, services, and purchased finished goods. Your work will directly influence supplier strategy, long-term cost efficiency, and operational excellence across the organization.

• Lead end-to-end strategic procurement activities for assigned material and service categories, ensuring optimal economic and technical outcomes.

• Plan, coordinate, and execute tender procedures and sourcing events in compliance with applicable regulations and internal procurement policies.

• Conduct high-level procurement market research to continuously expand the supplier base and monitor current market and industry trends.

• Prepare comprehensive decision-support materials for management, enabling multi-year strategic sourcing and supplier decisions.

• Manage contract negotiations, contract execution, and complex contract lifecycle management in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders.

• Develop procurement-related reports, dashboards, and KPIs, and actively manage supplier performance and compliance.

Educational Background: University or College degree (BSc or MSc), preferably in economics, engineering, law, or a related field.

Professional Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or purchasing.

• Solid hands-on experience in contract negotiation and contract management.

• Strong understanding of markets, commodities, and supplier dynamics.

Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Sound commercial awareness and financial mindset.

• Confident user of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and enterprise systems (SAP or similar).
