Collaborate closely with local teams and the central office.
Lead annual brand plans and execute marketing initiatives.
Oversee external agencies for cost-effective and impactful execution.
Monitor market trends, competitive analysis, and consumer behavior.
Drive the introduction of new products and development of existing ones.
Higher education degree in business, economics, or marketing.
7-10 years of relevant experience in marketing and brand management, preferably in the FMCG sector.
Excellent analytical skills and strong digital affinity.
Extensive experience in consumer activation and innovation management.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hungarian.
Open-minded attitude, problem-solving skills, and adaptability to ongoing changes.
