Responsibilities

In this job role you will work with our Project- and Expansion Manager. You will support his work in the following areas:
  • Coordination of the opening of our new stores in 7 European countries (CZ, H, HR, PL, RO, SK, SLO)
  • Coordination and control of the renovation of our stores
  • Procurement tasks connected to renovation/store opening
  • Supervision of warehouse stock, management of asset records
  • Continuous communication with malls, contractors, maintainers and our stores
  • Up to date administration and documentation connected regarding our construction projects
  • Reporting

Work location: 2142 Nagytarcsa, Nyár utca 4. (presence work) + occasionally you should visit our stores

Requirements

 
  • Fluent English communication skills
  • Technical interest and knowledge in the field of construction
  • Experience in the field of facility management/maintanatce/construction project management
  • B type driving license
  • MS Office knowledge
  • Precision
  • Pragmatic, dynamic, pro-active and solution-oriented personality
