- Recording and modifying orders;
- Handling complaints;
- Contacting customers in writing;
- Written and verbal communication with French colleagues;
- Preparing and amending price quotations.

- Ability to work reliably;
- Ability to work independently and accurately;
- Computer skills at user level;
- Written and verbal communication in advanced French and English language.
