Responsibilities

  • Your responsibilities will include as a Spanish speaking Order Management Representative:

    • Managing assigned customer accounts in accordance with internal policies and compliance standards
    • Identifying and resolving issues through root-cause analysis and ensuring timely follow-up
    • Supporting system and process improvements
    • Creating reports and monitoring customer orders
    • Handling customer master data updates
    • Daily communication with customers and internal teams regarding orders, shipments, and requirements
    • Resolving backorders and building strong cross-functional relationships

Requirements

  • What makes you the ideal candidate:

    • University or college degree
    • Fluent in both Spanish and English
    • Strong MS Office skills
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role
