Tasks & Involvements:
- Meet and greet customers, presenting the spa facilities to guests
- Everyday work duties: opening and closing the Spa
- Ensure the smooth day to day running of the Spa
- Recommendation the spa treatments and advise spa products
- Book spa appointments and take payment upon completion of applicable spa service(s)
- Provide daily maintenance of the Spa’s area
The Ideal Candidate:
- At least 1 year of relevant professional experience
- Related professional qualification is an advantage
- Proficient command of English and Hungarian both in written and verbal, any other language knowledge is advantageous
- Digital literacy with MS Office system knowledge
- High level of guest service & problem-solving skills
- Professional self & corporate representation
