Responsibilities

  • Assist the Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operations and ensuring the highest culinary standards. 
 
  • Oversee food preparation and presentation across all outlets, maintaining consistency and quality. 
 
  • Contribute to menu development with creativity and innovation, recipe testing, and kitchen setup aligned with St. Regis brand standards. 
 
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations. 
 
  • Lead, train, and inspire the culinary team to achieve excellence and foster a positive work environment. 
 
  • Monitor inventory, control costs, and maintain efficient kitchen operations. 

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment. 
 
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills. 
 
  • Creativity and passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences. 
 
  • Proficient in English required
