Sourcing Trainee

• Execute sourcing strategy aligned with supply chain/business strategy.
• Develop and manage strategic sourcing partnerships for cost reduction and quality improvement.
• Analyze market trends and influence decision-making in the factory.
• Support factories in overcoming sourcing constraints and work on sourcing saving projects.
• Manage supplier approval process, drive supply base consolidation, and rationalization.

• Ideally in the final year of Bachelor's studies in a relevant field such as Procurement, Economics, International Relations, Supply Chain, or Logistics
• Strategic mindset
• Full time job for at least 6 months
• English language knowledge on professional level (both written and verbal) mandated
• Confident MS Excel & MS Word knowledge
• Accuracy, attention to details and capability to work on an organized way
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and teamwork
• Motivation and ambition
• Long-Term commitment
• Openness to AI tools – so familiarity and a willingness to engage with it

• Relevant experience in a multinational environment
• Other European language knowledge
• Completed or ongoing studies at a foreign university
