Responsibilities

  • Execution of functional tests of conventional and hybrid truck transmissions (AMT and AT) using HIL, SIL simulators or in real vehicle environments
  • Manual and automated evaluation of measurements (using tools such as CANape, CANalyzer, FAMOS), documentation and presentation of the results
  • Development and specification of manual and automated tests on functional and system level
  • Improvement of test cases and testing strategies
  • Proposal of parameter calibrations based on requirements and test results
  • Collaboration in an international team

Requirements

  • University/College degree in Vehicle Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Science 
  • Good command of English and/or German, both written and spoken (daily use)
  • Basic knowledge/understanding of coding, scripting, programming (Python, C, C#, C++ or other)
  • Willingness to travel
 
Advantages: 
  • Experience in automotive function or system development
  • User-level knowledge of Matlab / Simulink, Vector tools (CANalyzer, CANape)
  • Category C driving license
