Your duties will include dealing with the incoming email, phone requests and complaints. You will also have administrative, responding, investigating and summarizing tasks along with preparing response emails.
(We do not deal with direct sales and cold calls!)
Handling incoming questions and requests via phone, email and chat - recording and administration
- gathering further information from the BMW dealer network and competent departments and experts of BMW Group Slovenia
- preparing and submitting customer information responses
Making outgoing customer service calls, such as - Data clarification, customer satisfaction and event-related calls
- Lead Request handling and Follow-up calls
