Site Project Coordinator / Site Project Engineer (Client Site)

Join an international technology organization delivering advanced solutions for industry and environmental infrastructure worldwide. At Nijhuis Saur Industries, we design and implement innovative water and wastewater treatment systems, supporting industrial clients in sustainable water management. For the duration of a project at our client’s site, we are looking for a professional who will represent our team on-site and coordinate execution activities during the installation and implementation phase. If you have experience working on construction or industrial project sites, can effectively collaborate with clients and contractors, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery — this role may be a perfect fit for you. The cooperation is planned for approximately 12 months (project duration) with the possibility of extension for future projects. Key responsibilities Representing Nijhuis Saur Industries at the client’s construction/project site Day-to-day coordination of installation and assembly works in line with the project schedule Supervising compliance with technical documentation, quality standards and HSE requirements Cooperating with the client’s team, subcontractors and suppliers Monitoring work progress and reporting status to the Project Manager Participating in site meetings and coordination reviews Verifying work readiness and supporting partial acceptances/inspections Supporting resolution of technical and organizational issues on site Controlling project and as-built documentation during execution Ensuring timely completion and contractual compliance of the assigned scope Requirements Experience working on construction or industrial project sites (preferably industrial installations, water/wastewater, energy or process plants) Technical education (e.g., environmental, mechanical, civil, or industrial engineering) Ability to read and understand technical drawings and documentation Ability to work independently in a project environment Strong collaboration skills with clients and contractors Willingness to work on site Communicative English Fluency in Hungarian is required due to daily communication with local teams and stakeholders Nice to have Experience with technological or process installations Construction/supervision licenses or site supervision experience Knowledge of HSE standards on industrial projects We offer Participation in an international industrial project 12-month cooperation with the possibility of extension for future projects Work on environmental technologies with real sustainability impact Support from the project team and clear scope of responsibilities Necessary work tools If you would like to gain hands-on experience in the execution of an industrial technology project and represent an international solution provider directly at the client’s site — apply and get to know us better.
