YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Owner of the Operational excellence Program: * Kick off, implement, and develop the program at the site.
* Guide the site’s team during LEAN best practices implementation.
* Plan and follow up on short- and long-term implementation actions.
* Organize audits, meetings, and Change Champion Network activities.
* Ensure frequent and effective communication about the Program.
Lead Continuous Improvement: * Lead assessment and guide teams in progress.
* Drive Focused Improvement best practice implementation and continuous efficiency improvement.
* Develop and continuously improve the site’s processes.
* Influence, coach, and support all production experts and technicians in managing changes.
Collaboration and Standardization: * Work closely with the site leadership team to support change initiatives.
* Standardize processes and propagate recognition of good performance.
* Support the highest safety and quality culture possible.
Problem-Solving and Efficiency: * Detect and eliminate waste (MUDA) on the GEMBA.
* Apply VSM and standard LEAN approaches during process checks.
* Identify bottlenecks and production-related problems and help teams find solutions using standard tools.
WHO YOU ARE: * Proven track record in implementing LEAN methodologies.
* Native Hungarian proficiency, Intermediate level in English.
* High sensibility towards safety and sustainability practices.
* Experienced in presenting to a wide range of audiences, from blue-collar workers to leadership team level.
