Responsibilities

  • Managing International Customer Relations – Continuous communication with customers via phone, email, and online platforms
  • Technical Troubleshooting and Support – Identifying customers technical issues, providing immediate solutions, and escalating if necessary
  • Proactive Customer Support – Providing advice and assistance regarding the use of products or services, as well as analyzing customer needs
  • Documentation and Reporting – Recording customer interactions, troubleshooting processes, and solutions in internal systems
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams – Communicating with technical, manufacturing, and quality assurance departments to efficiently handle customer requests and issues
  • Process Improvement and Feedback – Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to enhance service quality and participating in internal process optimization
  • Coordination of Shipping Processes – Monitoring orders, ensuring adherence to delivery deadlines, and maintaining contact with logistics partners
  • Shipping Documentation and Administration – Managing invoices and transport documents, handling administrative tasks, and recording data in internal systems.
  • Issue Resolution – Managing delays, incomplete, or damaged shipments by liaising with customers and logistics partners (e.g., BE Stephex; manufacturers like Renault, and own suppliers) to ensure a quick resolution
  • Development of Customer Support and Transport Processes
  • Coordinating the daily work of the team members
  • Providing the resources necessary for the work
  • Monitoring the team's development, providing training and development opportunities

Requirements

  • Higher education degree
  • 3-5 years of operational and manufacturing experience
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Availability outside of working hours
  • Communication-level proficiency in English, both spoken and written
  • 1-3 years of leadership experience
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Determined, decisive and responsible personality 
  • Proactivity, precision, independence, accurate work
