What success looks like in this role:

  • Registering and validating the Partner' service requests
  • Booking appointment in case the Customer requires it
  • Interface between our Customer and our Customer Engineers
  • Perform initial triage of service event
  • Order the necessary part the Engineer requires for the service requests
  • Ensure Customer Engineers access requirements are met
  • Assign service requests to Customer Engineer

You will be successful in this role if you have:

  • Fluent German and English language skills
  • Knowledge/experience of PC systems & components 
  • Experience of incident logging systems is an advantage 
  • Active participation in ongoing quality initiatives at the desired level, detailed on the UGSH Quality Portal by considering all relevant objectives, policies and procedures
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) 
  • ITIL qualification is an advantage
