Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced
Air Conditioning Service Operations Engineer
to manage and oversee the daily operations of our HVAC systems, focusing on VRV technologies. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality service delivery, customer satisfaction, and contribute to business growth through service revenue generation. This role involves complaint management, team coordination, technical training, and fostering strong partnerships.
Requirements
- Proven expertise in VRV systems service operations.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in training and mentoring technical staff.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and service partners.
- Valid driver’s license (Category B).
- Proficiency in English (Intermediate or Advanced) and fluency in Hungarian.
Nice-to-have
- Familiarity with AutoCAD software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
