Responsibilities

As a (Senior) Sourcing Recruiter you will be joining the supportive team to source the best talent for one of biggest clients.

What you will do:

  • Collaborate with the Hiring Managers and Recruitment Business Partners to understand the requirements of each open role
  • Source & screen candidates using various sourcing channels
  • Conduct phone or video screening calls with the candidates
  • Manage candidates, referrals, and talent pipelines
  • Review incoming applications in the ATS system
  • Interact with candidates and focus on providing a great candidate experience

Requirements

What we would like you to have:

  • Professional level of English and German is a must
  • Previous experience in the recruitment industry
  • Experience in Workday is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Autonomous, proactive, dynamic, and curious attitude
  • Good at time management
