Senior Regulatory Reporting Analyst

• Responsibilities

  • Support the preparation, review, and timely submission of regulatory reports to local and international authorities.
  • Track key reporting metrics, identify issues, and help strengthen processes and controls to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Work with the team to improve reporting workflows and enhance accuracy, efficiency, and transparency.
  • Assist in responding to regulatory inquiries and examinations by providing clear and accurate information.
  • Contribute to the implementation of regulatory changes within the reporting framework.
  • Partner with the Risk & Controls team to maintain a strong internal control environment.
  • Apply your expertise while developing a broader understanding of related industry practices.

• Requirements

  • Relevant university degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Fluent English
  • Ability to gather information across a large organization, standardize processes, and identify and resolve discrepancies
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment and work effectively as part of a team

Our financial institution Partner, with a strong international background, is building a new team in Budapest and is seeking candidates for the position of Senior Regulatory Reporting Analyst.

The new team will support an international unit from the Budapest office. This is an analyst role within the global regulatory and capital reporting team, responsible for supporting the preparation, analysis, and submission of reports to various local and international supervisory authorities in line with applicable reporting requirements.

The position offers a highly flexible hybrid working model, with the option to work from home and only one required office day per week.
