Senior quality and mechanical engineer / leader

• Spend up to half your time on the production floor, to identify, foster and ensure compliance with best practices
• Pro-actively monitor and optimise the end-to-end quality of our operations, covering:
  • raw materials (including supplier performance)
  • production (covering machines, processes, operators)
  • (semi) finished goods   
• Bring down waste from production to minimal levels
• Manage and follow up claims, both towards external stakeholders (customers & suppliers) and internal stakeholders (sales & management)
• Enhance and systematically maintain our Quality Assurance framework, up to client and management expectations
• Performs process engineering tasks
• Managing small projects
• Supervises the work of young mechanical engineer
   

• Extensive relevant Quality Assurance experience and proven track record / certificates in a production environment
• Eagerness to combine shop floor and office work
• Structured, pro-active and customer oriented working and communication style
• Eagerness and commitment to highest quality standards
• Proven track record of process engineering and small project leading
• Willingness and eagerness for precise documentation and/or data collection for analysis.
• Fluency in Hungarian and English
