Senior Project Manager

Corvinus University of Budapest has over a 100-year-old history and is one of the leading universities in Hungary in Business and Management, Economics, and Social Sciences.

We are looking for Senior Programme Developers (indefinite and a fixed-term) for a full-time (40 hours/week) to join the Programme Development & Innovation team at the Corvinus University of Budapest. The Programme Development & Innovation team is situated within the Corporate and Institutional Relations department of the organization. The team is responsible for maintaining and expanding the University's strategic corporate partner network and reimagining its executive education portfolio.

About the role

• You will lead, schedule and implement key projects connected to our strategic corporate partnership portfolio
• You will manage diverse (cross-)organizational project teams within the University
• You will take a leading role in the renewal of our executive education portfolio (for both open and corporate specific programs)
• You will take part in the realization of contracted elements / obligations between the partner companies and the University
• You will create new processes, test prototypes and lead regulatory governance initiatives

About you

• You have a university degree in business administration, business informatics, marketing or related fields with exceptional academic performance (preferably from Corvinus University of Budapest)
• 3-5 years of experience working with projects and complex business problems
• You have an excellent verbal & written communication skills in English
• Strong organizational and mentoring skills, with the ability to share knowledge and guide less experienced team members
• Proficiency in MS365, especially Excel and Outlook and project management softwares (Asana)
• Good problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset with the willingness to work in an agile environment.
• Skills in graphic design platforms (such as Canva) and process visualization platforms (such as Miro or Heflo).
• Ability to lead and inspire teams in a dynamic and challenging environment.
• Capable of making critical decisions under pressure and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
