• Build up relationship with the key logistics contacts of the Motherson plants in Europe
• Receive specific requests for support from the plants, create a solution proposal and deliver the solution to the requestor plant at best quality and time
• Manage coordination of regional activities or projects initiated by the units
• Develop standardized regional logistics processes to enable portability within units
• Support determining & optimization of plant logistics and project-related supply chain concepts
• Follow market trends in logistics and supply chain and share knowledge with the plants
• Promote new logistics systems and solutions like Softwares, AGVs, Process Automation, etc
• Participate in process audits as subject matter expert
• Collect and share best practices accross all units in the region to ensure high-quality LOG processes are used

• Have the will to participate in the process of creating something new and support the growth of Motherson Logistics in Europe
• Experience with the costing mechanisms and principles applied in warehousing
• Understanding the operation of a warehouse service provider
• Have high level of English language knowledge, further EU languages are a plus
• Basic understanding of how road freight works     
• Ability to work independently, successfully monitor and drive multiple projects running parallel
• Ability to spend time abroad frequently, but not excessively (individual short trips)
• Work with a sense of urgency to deliver results.
