Senior IT Process Management Expert

NN Insurance Hungary is looking for a talented professional to join NN Hungary’s team as a Senior IT Process Management Expert. In this position, you will be responsible for operating the IT operational processes.

• The accountable key areas are Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, SLA and KPI reports.
• Coordinates the service management (ITIL) framework and IT operations processes.
• Actively cooperates with the Group Service Management Team regarding the Service Management framework.
• Responsible for formalizing reports on KPI and Performance to IT managers. Ensures transparent IT service within agreed SLAs. Leads continuous improvement activities relating to service delivery.
• Participates in the design and maintenance of IT incident management processes.
• Coordinates in the problem management process.

• Min. 5+ years of experience as an IT Service Delivery/IT Process Management/IT Operations Management or similar role.
• Fluent English language knowledge.
• Previous experience with ITIL, ServiceNow and ServiceNow CSDM.
• Basic knowledge of Power BI.
• High level of logical thinking, ability of synthetic and analytical thinking; advanced negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of analytical skills and prioritization methodologies.
• Proactive, positive and solution focused personality.
