The core responsibilities and skill sets are highly analytical with some tactical tasks. Requires intimate knowledge of GBS Service Management with a focus on IT processes.

Review strategic and tactical vendor agreements and help manage performance reporting, governance protocol, and both operational and commercial review.

Perform all analysis on vendor performance and relative cost for operational delivery across thousands of vendors in multiple geographies for multiple IT related services.

Manage performance reviews for tier 2/3/4 vendors.

Oversee vendor governance activity and ensure it is properly documented in the vendor governance SharePoint sites.

Ensure Business Partners are aware of vendor governance tasks/deliverables which are approaching deadlines and assist where possible.

Managing Voice of the customer (CSAT) program for IT Vendors.
Elvárások:
-
BSC degree in Business, Economics, or Related Field.

3 to 5 years' experience within service management in a GBS organization. Preferably within an IT function.

Prior experience in Shared Services.

Experience working with geographically dispersed team & customer base.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives.

Ability to lead, influence & motivate staff & partners.

Ability to think strategically & communicate effectively in a fast-moving, rapidly changing environment. • Expertise in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Service NOW, PBI.

Reporting skills (ServiceNow, Power BI).
