Seafreight / Rail Pricing & Tender Management Specialist

• • Provide prices for sales quotes, tracking and analysing of win-ratio;
  • Manage input to rate/ pricing systems;
  • Assess tender opportunities and support in taking the decision on participation;
  • Support new pricing processes, standards, and quality;
  • Assist the pricing head in customer meetings/negotiations as required;
  • Assess and approve customer individual requirements deviating from product standards;
  • Check for completeness and correctness submissions in accordance with guidelines and escalate issues if they cannot be resolved on time;
  • Support agreed pricing processes, data quality, and compliance;
  • Ensure on-time submission with high quality in the required format.

• • Excellent communication and customer service skills;
  • Proven 2-3 years of experience in pricing;
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken);
  • Other languages (written and spoken) are advantage;
  • Proven ability to work independently and as a team member;
  • Strong analytical mind ideally paired with operational experience to analyze customer requirements and be able to quickly understand and challenge country bid input;
  • Good project management and time management skills to stay on top of multiple deadlines for multiple bids in parallel.
