Responsibilities

As a Sales Support Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in assisting the sales team to manage and grow assigned accounts in alignment with the organization’s strategy, goals, policies, and processes.

The primary objective of this position is to support targeted Asian client business in Europe, fostering strong, value-driven, and profitable long-term business relationships with clients.

  • Provide assistance to the Sales team and stakeholders regarding Korean and Chinese customers located in Europe (Central South Europe and North Europe).
  • Monitor the status and credit terms of key and non-key clients.
  • Keep track of market and service developments and share updates with the Sales team in a timely manner.
  • Update the team on any issues that may impact the market situation, such as the Suez Canal, COVID-19, IMO ship environmental regulations, etc.
  • Support the preparation of meeting and presentation materials.
  • Coordinate and participate in customer meetings, if required.
  • Assist with system updates, troubleshooting, and managing cross-functional collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships through daily use of the Sales force system.

Requirements

  • Native Korean and strong command of English language
  • Excellent PC skills (Word /Excel/PowerPoint.)
  • Market and product knowledge
  • Strong communication skills
  • Self confident manner and a good team player
  • More than 2 years logistics experience
