Managing, recording and tracking Requests for Quotation (RFQs)
Preparing customer quotations based on pricing received from procurement
Liaising with sales, procurement and customer service teams
Collecting product data and coordinating information in ERP/CRM systems
Updating price lists and completing related administrative tasks
Actively participating in process improvement projects

Requirements
2–3 years of experience in inside sales or sales administration
Confident English knowledge
Experience with CRM systems and MS Office (especially Excel)
Customer‑oriented, precise and proactive attitude
