Job Summary:As a full-time Sales Support Administrator at SunTech’s Budapest business unit Meditech Kft, you will assist global sales teams with sales of our medical device finished goods and OEM product lines. You will be responsible for managing and organizing leads, contacts, accounts, contracts, and quotes. You will help drive platform adoption, data management, and process improvements to support sales, marketing, and customer service. Additionally, you will contribute to projects that enhance customer engagement and improve internal processes for increased revenue.
Primary Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to sales, including following up on cross-department action items (regulatory, product management, etc.).
- Maintain customer contracts, accounts, and contacts in Salesforce/SAPBO.
Secondary Responsibilities - Develop and improve sales policies and processes; train the sales team as needed.
- Maintain the sales document library and contribute to distributor portal development.
- Support CRM and e-commerce initiatives, including Salesforce and Pardot, to enhance lead conversion and sales efficiency.
- Improve the Salesforce quote-to-order process, coordinate demo scheduling, and build sales team KPIs, reports, and dashboards.
Physical Requirements- Primarily desk-based work; this is a hybrid position of home/remote and office work.
This role requires collaboration with sales team members, technical resources, and stakeholders to maximize system adoption and productivity.
