    • Validate order details, including product specifications, quantities, and pricing agreements.
    • Ensure proper alignment between purchase orders and sales orders.
    • Handle returns and credit processing promptly.
    • Stay updated on system changes and maintain compliance with process standards

Requirements

  • Ideal Candidate Profile

    • Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Operations or Customer Service.
    • Hands-on experience with order processing and related systems.
    • Basic knowledge of SAP and MS Office
    • Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.

    Nice to Have

    • Familiarity with IT products and major manufacturers.
    • Experience with complex orders or project coordination.
