Responsibilities

  • Preparation, participation, and follow-up of forecast meetings
  • Proactive pipeline analysis for sales management to improve pipeline quality and its system representation based on defined KPIs, and to support decision-making
  • Handling operations-related ad-hoc requests from the management of assigned sales units as well as from the global and regional Revenue Operations organization
  • Enablement of sales management on operational topics (e.g., tools, processes)

Requirements

  • 2-3 years’ experience
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot)
  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • Proactive and independent work style
  • Flexibility to work during varying business hours, especially at quarter and year-end
  • University degree
