Description
- Preparation, participation, and follow-up of forecast meetings
- Proactive pipeline analysis for sales management to improve pipeline quality and its system representation based on defined KPIs, and to support decision-making
- Handling operations-related ad-hoc requests from the management of assigned sales units as well as from the global and regional Revenue Operations organization
- Enablement of sales management on operational topics (e.g., tools, processes)
Requirements
- 2-3 years’ experience
- Fluent in English and German
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot)
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proactive and independent work style
- Flexibility to work during varying business hours, especially at quarter and year-end
- University degree
