Our Partner, a distributor of hygiene products, is looking for an enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Assistant to join their Budapest team. Your primary role will be to support local sales and marketing activities, complemented by tasks involving international departments.

Sales process support:

• Registration and recording of product data (supporting the product listing process and the preparation of product descriptions)

• Preparation of reports, management of documents

• Statistical processing and analysis of data

• Telephone contact with customers for order taking and follow-up

• Customer system-side support tasks

• Monitoring the market and competitors

• Participation in the preparation of tenders

• Administration, preparation, support, and follow-up of events and congresses

• Supporting the headquarters in various projects

Marketing activity support:

• Preparation and follow-up of sampling, together with all documentation

• Preparation of marketing materials, brochures, newsletters

• Supporting online presence/digital marketing activity - through the website and partners' webshops

• Supporting the development of the professional website based on local regulations

Elvárások / Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (business, marketing, administration)

• Fluent English and Hungarian knowledge

• Min. 2 years of relevant work experience in sales/marketing

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office

• Previous experience in any CRM tool 

• Flexible and proactive personality

• Hands-on, eager to learn and willing to grow in an international environment.
