Tasks

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our market share in Western Europe region.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the food and beverage sector.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential customers.
  • Provide expert guidance on our product portfolio, ensuring customers receive optimal solutions for their needs.
  • B2B sales of our high value-added, high quality, food ingredients products. Liaising with customers, potential customers, meeting/servicing customer needs.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and product development teams to align strategies and initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to drive sales initiatives.
  • Travel across the region to meet clients and represent the company at industry events.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales role, with a strong background in the food industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of the food and beverage market and trends within commodity sector.
  • Excellent sales skills with a focus on relationship-building and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with fluency in English (both written and spoken) – advanced level required.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently abroad.
  • Results-oriented, highly self-motivated, able to assess risks and make responsible decisions.
  • Ability to work independently, but you are also a good team player.
  • Open to new things and willing to seek new opportunities and challenges.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to dynamic market conditions.
