Establish and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential customers.
Provide expert guidance on our product portfolio, ensuring customers receive optimal solutions for their needs.
B2B sales of our high value-added, high quality, food ingredients products. Liaising with customers, potential customers, meeting/servicing customer needs.
Collaborate closely with marketing and product development teams to align strategies and initiatives.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to drive sales initiatives.
Travel across the region to meet clients and represent the company at industry events.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales role, with a strong background in the food industry.
In-depth knowledge of the food and beverage market and trends within commodity sector.
Excellent sales skills with a focus on relationship-building and customer satisfaction.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with fluency in English (both written and spoken) – advanced level required.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently abroad.
Results-oriented, highly self-motivated, able to assess risks and make responsible decisions.
Ability to work independently, but you are also a good team player.
Open to new things and willing to seek new opportunities and challenges.
Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to dynamic market conditions.
